Furthermore featured in this new image drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a legend identifying distinct sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
